Reviews and Ratings
The Grand Hotel offers a good location that is close to the train station and many discount stores, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, which I appreciated, though they could use a refresh. The staff was helpful, allowing me to store my luggage after checkout, which was a nice touch. However, there were a few drawbacks, including the lack of a bar and some basic amenities like English TV channels were missing.
I had a nice stay in Tachikawa at this hotel. The location is super convenient, just a minute from the bus stop for Narita Airport and surrounded by useful shops like a supermarket and discount stores. The staff made me feel welcome, and even though there was a language barrier, they were willing to help. One downside was the breakfast—I'm vegetarian, and it was hard to tell what was veggie-friendly. Overall, I found it to be good value for the price.
I really enjoyed my week-long stay at this hotel for business. The service was attentive and helpful, especially at the reception. The location is fantastic, right in the center of Tachikawa, but the single room I had was quite small. Overall, it's great value for money, particularly given the clean and comfortable atmosphere.
I found the hotel to be in a great location, very close to the train station and surrounded by shopping and dining options. The rooms were surprisingly clean and spacious for Tokyo standards, and I really appreciated the attentive staff. However, the dining options could use some improvement, as the breakfast was just okay. Overall, it’s a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience and comfort, but it would be better if they had fitness facilities.
The Grand Hotel served as a great base for my holiday in Japan, with its fantastic location near the train station and many restaurants. The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds, but they are a bit on the smaller side, especially for families. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. However, I did stumble a couple of times due to the unique glass coffee tables in the lobby, which I had to be careful around.
